Asha Roosberg, MSc, PMP®

Asha Roosberg is a project management and public sector professional with extensive experience across international NGOs, government institutions, and European bodies. She is the Founder of Anova Edu, a platform dedicated to advancing capacity building, project management, and sustainable development initiatives, with a particular focus on strengthening institutional performance and social impact.

Asha holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, specializing in Crisis and Security Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on European Law. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), reflecting her commitment to internationally recognized standards in project delivery, governance, and risk management.

Her professional expertise spans project and grant management, policy advisory, institutional strengthening, and the design of strategic frameworks and Terms of Reference for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. She has successfully supported projects in diverse contexts, including the Caribbean and European regions, working closely with public sector entities, development partners, and civil society organizations.

 

Asha is an active contributor to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a particular commitment to SDG 4: Quality Education. Through her work with Anova Edu and her broader consultancy portfolio, she focuses on creating sustainable, scalable solutions that improve access to education, strengthen governance systems, and enhance organizational capacity.

In addition to her professional work, Asha has demonstrated strong leadership and community engagement as a member of Lions Clubs International, where she served as Commissioner of District 110 CW in the Netherlands. In this role, she contributed to regional strategy, stakeholder coordination, and service initiatives aligned with community development and social impact.
